“Our school district has been a member of HPS since 2006. We were one of the first schools in Kentucky to join HPS, and they not only save our district valuable dollars, they save us time on the bid process.”
—Judy Ellis, food service director, Boyle County Board of Education, Danville Kent.
“In 2005 Ohio University made a significant change in our food purchasing bid process and became a prime vendor under the HPS college and university food purchasing program. Through negotiations with the manufacturers on firm pricing and through the prime vendor distribution program, we are able to maximize the rebate program with Gordon Food Service and save more than $100,000 annually.”
